Essie Hostess with the Mostess Collection Swatches

Hello!

Today I have the mid-summer Hostess with the Mostess Collection by Essie* to share with you. This is the Canadian version so there are 2 polishes in this collection that are different than some of the other versions out there. 

This collection, as said by Essie, is a medley of 6 nail polish shades inspired by a kitschy garden gathering in full bloom. I absolutely, and very thoroughly, enjoy that imagery. 😁

All of my swatches are 2 coats and no top coat. Let's get into the pictures!

 First up, In Good Taste is a neutral pink beige crème. I love this one (of course)!

Blooming Friendships is a pastel light blue crème. What a gorgeous shade!

Check Your Baggage is a yellow crème - this one is part of the Canadian version. I'm surprised this is part of another summer collection as it was part of the one from last year too. Nice yellow, just odd that it's in both summer collections 2 years in a row.

Hostess With the Mostess is a neutral peachy crème. Not sure why but I actually really like this one. It's so soft and pretty.

Peach Side Babe is a coral pink crème.

And finally, Watermelon is a pink red crème - this one is part of the Canadian version. This one could have been 1 coat but I did 2 for this swatch. I LOVE this shade - it's so bright and beautiful! 😍 But, this isn't a new polish so if you already have it or seen it about, that's why. 😊
