Cute Speckled Pastel Skittle
Hello and Happy Easter to all those who celebrate!
Today I have to share with you my take on a pastel speckled mani that I thought would be perfect as a super easy and cute Easter/spring appropriate mani.
When I was thinking about which polishes to use for this skittle, I first went to my swatch sticks to look at the colours I had. And even though I have a lot, they just weren't coming together for me until I found the light blue (pictured on my ring finger) which was one of my Color Club ones. So I went to those 2 shelves in my helmer and started picking out the colours and here we are! 😁
I really love how the skittle came together - the colours work so beautifully together and are a bit brighter in person than they are in my pictures.
For the speckles I used a black polish, a small dotting tool, and a polish mixing plate. I didn't know exactly how I wanted the speckles to fall but I think the design turned out pretty cool. 😎
Here is what I used:
Base coat: Yellow Stopper
Color Club [pinky to index]: Hip-Hop-Hooray, Breath of Fresh Air, Budding Beauty, Rose Quartz
Dotting tools, line brush & nail polish mixing plate - Amazon*
Top coat: Seche Vite*
Well that's all for today!
