Rogue Lacquer Flakies Swatches & Review & Live Swatch

 Hello!

Today I'm sharing some Rogue Lacquer polishes with you. This is a new-to-me brand that Sophie from Hypnotic Polish was kind enough to send to me so I could share them with you. 😊

Before we get into the pictures, here are some facts and my thoughts on the polishes:

- the polishes are 5 free and cruelty-free

- each bottle is 13 ml with a black cap; some I got were matte and some were shiny but they opened and closed with no excess force required which is always nice

- some of the brushes I received were flat and straight edged and some were flat and wide and curved; but both types of brushes were easy to work with and the bristles cooperated nicely, even with all of the flakes

- the formulas were nice and smooth and had no excess goopiness even though it was heavily filled with flakes

Overall I thought the polish formulas were really nice and unique. 😊

Ok, keeping in mind that all of my swatches are 2 coats and no top coat, let's get to the pictures! You'll really be able to see the textures in my pictures because I don't use a top coat but I think the textures look so cool. 😎

First up, Kicking it with a Cold One is a beer inspired golden yellow with golden metallic flakes throughout. I love the gold flakes and this sunny yellow shade together so much! 🌞

Nashville Hot is a burnt orange toned red with red/copper and black flakes. The shades reminds me of hot sauce - spicy!

One in a Melon is a honeydew crelly with red flakies. This shade of green always makes me feel so serene and calm. Love it!

Girls Just Wanna Have Sun is a lavender crelly with red flakies. Another gorgeous shade! I love lavender. 💜

The Animal is a red crelly with greenish teal and gold flakes. So unique and that red is super gorgeous!

Pickled is a dill pickle inspired green with light green flakes. 

And finally, Tropic Like it's Hot is a hot pink crelly with aqua flakes. This pink is so fun! I love all shades of pink but this one makes me want to put on something cute and walk around outside without a care in the world. 😁 Love it with the flakes!
