No Tool "Steps" Nail Art

Today I have this really easy nail art to share with you.

I did these with no tools, just with the nail polish brush. The trick is to float the polish onto your dry base polish to make the lines. You don't need to be perfect or anything but try and keep the lines somewhat the same length to make the "steps".

Also make sure you use some cremes/polishes that have really good coverage so you don't have to go over the lines and always work one way on each nail so they have some cohesion. I went from bottom left to top right on each nail alternating the colours.

I used the purple as my first "step" on each nail, then did the pink on each nail to form the next step and so on. You can use whatever colours you want and the lighter the touch, the thinner the lines so the more lines you could probably fit on. Just give it a try and see how it turns out. 😊

Here is what I used:

Base coat: Yellow Stopper
Essie*: Swoon in the Lagoon
OPI*: Racing for Pinks, Achievement Unlocked
I didn't use a top coat as I had to remove the mani right after the photos but if I had kept it on, I would have used my trusty Seche Vite* top coat.

Well that's it for today!
