WNAC Sinful Colors Pastel Swoops

Today I am sharing with you the second prompt in this month's WNAC under the pastel theme, swoops!

Ok, honestly, I was struggling, STRUGGLING, to figure out what to do for this one. But this is what happened...

Yesterday, I went, for the first time in a long time, to buy some nail polish. When I say a long time, it's not normal non-nail polish addicts (NPA) long time, I'm talking NPA "long time", at least 2 weeks. 😂 It's fine - I only have almost 850, as per my excel list (which you can get to from my home page - it's called Polish List - it use to be called "How many polishes do I have?" or something as awesome, but to classy up the joint, my friend changed it. Rightly so, Polish List does sound better and goes with my overall theme better - kudos Jamie, thanks for the level-headed-ness) and that's actually not a lot. Although, I do need another Helmer. I digress. 😁

Getting back to the matter at hand, I went shopping and then got 12 polishes from Sinful Colors - a normal amount of polish right? They were 3 for $6, like, giving them away. Full 15ml bottles! So I got 12 and proceeded to use 6 for this design. That's the whole story 😇

So why this design. Well, I like the white base. Sometimes you just need a clean pallet. Then the swoops? Well, I was going to do something else that required a little precision, which immediately went out the window because precision is hard work. 😂 I'm just telling you the truth. 😇

Here are the polishes I used from pinky to thumb:
Sinful Colors: Violet Riot, Tempest, Sail La Vie, Wonder Mint, Lie-Lac, Snow Me White
Top coat: Seche Vite*

I used a thin detail brush* to make the swoops. I have to say they were the most confident swoops I'd ever done in my whole entire life. I just sort of went ham. It works most of the time - my randomness. 😊

The lighting really messed with the swoops in my photos but there was no helping it or my photos would have been weirdly dark 😂

I hope you like the design! I actually really love it!

Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to check out my little corner 😊 Feel free to leave me comments/suggestions/feedback below.
